Plenty of time allocated for appointment, seemed well prepared and aware of relevant info. sent to him just a little earlier by another hospital dept., happy to answer questions put to him in some detail, little jargon, his manner direct, honest, straightforward. Personable, direct, good eye-contact, genuine concern evident. (Why, as a professional, he should be required to ask patients to give him a vote of confidence is beyond me!)

Cannot recommend Doctor Pal too highly. He takes the time to explain everything in a simple, clear manner, listens to any concerns raised, and never makes the consultation feel rushed. All this and a very pleasant manner, too. I wish there were more doctors like him.

I am beyond impressed and I have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Soubhik Pal. My appointment ran on time, Dr Pal was really knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment! I have regular appointments with Dr.Pal and on all occasions he has had time to discuss my current Kidney functions and condition.Dr Pal explains things to me in a manner that I understand which I find very reassuring and helpful also his humorous and down to earth manner I find calming and supportive.A very very good Doctor.

Doctor Pal is a very thoughtful, empathetic and skilled doctor who takes time to discuss my condition and my results with me, and to talk through options for treatment. He is always courteous and kind, and my appointments with him are always a pleasure to attend. My clinic visits are always efficiently run, and despite his obvious heavy workload, Dr Pal is always a patient and excellent listener, and I never feel that I have not had enough time to talk through issues properly. He is very good at sharing information with me and explaining developments/changes and results. As well as being skilled in his specialism, he is happy to discuss broader health issues in the context of my condition, an approach which I am sure has helped my overall health remain at a good standard despite my CKD. His advice is always sound. Both my husband and I have utmost confidence in him.
